About the position

The Lead Full Stack .Net Application Developer will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires extensive experience in full stack development, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of various technologies and frameworks, particularly in the context of health and human services.

Responsibilities

• Translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same.
• Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components.
• Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards.
• Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services.
• Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer.
• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects.
• 7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.
• 7 years of experience developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
• 5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.
• 7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns.
• 5 years of experience developing web applications utilizing Angular.
• 5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's.
• 5 years of experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server.
• 5 years of experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle.
• 3 years of Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.
• 4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
