About the position

Responsibilities
- Distributes and balances the workload among employees according to established workflow or job specialization.
- Assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload and ensures each employee has enough work to keep busy.
- Keeps in touch with the status and progress of work, making adjustments as necessary based on established priorities.
- Estimates and reports on expected time of completion of work and maintains records of work accomplishments and time expended.
- Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques, providing written instructions and reference materials.
- Gives on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- Maintains current knowledge and answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives.
Requirements
- One year of specialized experience at the GS-05 level in the Federal service, including administrative and clerical work processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of organizational functions, terminology, quality assurance techniques, and reporting requirements sufficient to coordinate the flow of work.
