About the position

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and accumulating viable leads through various online sources, following up on time-sensitive leads, and preparing reports for bids. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team and requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively track and document leads.

Responsibilities

• Review websites to accumulate viable leads.
• Follow up on time-sensitive leads and advertisements for bids.
• Coordinate with consultants and review incoming emails and notifications.
• Prepare lead tracking BID reports.
• Check various government, education, and company websites for potential leads.
• Document leads as needed and prepare reports for leads turned into proposals/bids.
• Participate in weekly face-to-face meetings with the Director of Marketing.
• Attend Bid Division/Marketing meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Competitive nature and assertiveness.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Good typing skills and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment and systems.
