About the position

Ecowater Systems of Southern California is seeking motivated Brand Ambassadors/Lead Generators to engage with customers in retail settings. This entry-level position focuses on generating leads for in-home consultations, requiring excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at a kiosk in retail locations.
• Set up display tables with promotional materials.
• Answer basic questions about filtration and purification products.
• Document customer needs and preferences.
• Sign customers up for free in-home consultation appointments.
• Work weekends, as they are the busiest days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of lead generation experience (preferred).
• 1 year of brand ambassador experience (preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in lead generation or as a brand ambassador.
