About the position

Ecowater Systems of Southern California is seeking motivated individuals to join as Brand Ambassadors/Lead Generators. This role involves engaging with customers at retail locations, promoting water filtration and purification products, and setting up displays to facilitate customer interactions. The position is part-time or full-time, with flexible shifts available, and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at a kiosk in retail locations.
• Set up display tables with banners and promotional materials.
• Answer basic questions about water filtration and purification products.
• Document customer needs and preferences in writing.
• Sign customers up for free in-home consultation appointments.
• Work weekends, as they are the busiest days for customer interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead generation experience preferred.
• 1 year of brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in lead generation or as a brand ambassador is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
