About the position

The Lead Golang Developer will play a crucial role in the Engineering team, focusing on system design and architecture. This position requires a passionate and highly motivated individual who will develop high-quality functions, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves providing technical leadership and vision in the design, implementation, testing, and rollout of both existing and new services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clean architecture for software solutions.
• Develop and optimize APIs for performance and usability.
• Lead the development of high-quality functions with attention to detail.
• Provide technical leadership in system design and architecture.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience through effective software solutions.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD for efficient software delivery.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Golang with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.
• Experience with Java or NodeJS is desirable.
• Expertise in AWS, particularly with services like Lambdas, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Redis Cache.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture design and implementation.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with microservices architecture and SaaS.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
