About the position

As the Lead Growth Marketing Manager at ShareFile, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic integrated approach to marketing campaigns that encompass both digital and sales initiatives. This position is designed for a self-starter who is passionate about B2B marketing and eager to contribute to the growth of our high-performing SaaS business. You will be responsible for understanding the business goals and objectives, developing corresponding strategies grounded in integrated multi-channel growth campaigns that include email, nurture programs, webinars, SEM, content syndication, social media, and more. Your primary goal will be to drive impactful multi-channel campaigns that maximize conversion throughout the sales funnel. In this role, you will foster strong collaboration with sales, product marketing, and digital subject matter experts to identify, prospect, and nurture target accounts, ensuring that marketing qualified leads are effectively passed to the sales team. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the SaaS buying journey to identify and map key decision-makers and influencers to the appropriate messages and channels at the right moments in their journey. Additionally, you will lead marketing efforts around key product announcements and releases, partnering closely with teams throughout ShareFile to ensure a coordinated go-to-market launch, alignment on goals and KPIs, and effective presentation of results. Your responsibilities will also include creating and implementing pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation initiatives targeted at specific accounts and contacts. You will measure and report on the success of campaigns, optimizing your approach based on real-time analytics and data. Managing ongoing performance and effectively reporting on results and recommendations will be crucial, as you will present and summarize these results in a meaningful way for leadership and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic integrated approach to marketing campaigns that include both digital and sales touches.
  • Develop corresponding strategies grounded in integrated multi-channel growth campaigns.
  • Foster strong collaboration with sales, product marketing, and digital SMEs to identify, prospect, and nurture target accounts.
  • Pass marketing qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Identify and map key decision makers and influencers to the messages and channels at the right moment in the SaaS buying journey.
  • Lead marketing efforts around key product announcements and releases.
  • Partner closely with teams throughout ShareFile to ensure a coordinated GTM launch and alignment on goals and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing digital growth marketing campaigns.
  • BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Considerable expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • MBA a plus.
  • Experience driving digital growth campaigns for SaaS and working with SaaS B2B sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, verbal/written and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships and influence colleagues across cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Skilled at translating business needs into digital strategy and communicating that strategy effectively to marketing and sales.
  • Ability to be flexible and amenable to change.
