About The Position
The Lead Healthcare Data Analyst will use clinical, operational, and financial data to measure organizational performance and guide continuous improvement efforts to maximize clinic efficiency and population health improvement. This Healthcare Data Analyst position requires knowledge of EMRs, experience with clinical operations, and data analytics. The ideal candidate would be a sharp analytical thinker who is eager to play a role in transforming healthcare through data; strategy consulting is a plus. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
