About the position
The Lead HRIS Analyst/Developer at Lumen is responsible for developing and supporting the ServiceNow HR environment and workflows. This role focuses on ensuring automated processes align with business needs and best practices, driving innovation within the HR service modules. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and emphasizes an Agile approach to enhance HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining internal ServiceNow HR technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
- Support periodic HR releases and platform release upgrades
- Develop ServiceNow HR integrations and process automation
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow HR environment and its associated workflows
- General support and maintenance of ServiceNow HR module, reporting, dashboards and associated workflows
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 6+ years of overall HR experience
- ServiceNow System Developer certification
- 3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow development experience with focus on HR module and associated workflows
- Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow HR module, Case Management, Onboarding and general self service capabilities
- Experience in IT service management (ITIL V4 certification preferred)
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems
- Exceptional customer service skills
