About the position

The Lead iOS Developer will oversee the development of mobile applications for Schwab, focusing on Retail, Retirement, and Intelligent Assistant services. This role involves leading the engineering team, participating in design discussions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with the principal iOS Developer to establish the vision and roadmap for the applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development efforts for Schwab's mobile applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Remove roadblocks for engineers to ensure smooth project progress.
• Collaborate with the principal iOS Developer to create the vision and roadmap for mobile applications.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in iOS development (Required)
• 1 year of experience in Swift (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Objective-C (Preferred)
• Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Xamarin (Preferred)
