Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff in implementing ABA techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations at residential homes in multiple locations.
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in client care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience using ABA to manage challenging behaviors.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid LMFT license preferred.
• Valid RBT Certification preferred.
