About the position

The Lead Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving operational performance and managing key projects within a performance-driven environment. This role involves providing insight and guidance to support operational excellence across various operations, partnering with site leadership to enhance strategic orientation and deliver results. The position requires independent management of deadlines and workload prioritization, with a focus on layout design, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing cost reduction and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and manage key projects for customers.
• Provide insight and guidance to support operational excellence.
• Partner with site leadership to enhance strategic orientation.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve results.
• Support layout, design, improvement, and implementation for peak performance.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with distribution and logistics.
• Project management experience.
