About the position

The Lead Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving operational performance and managing key projects within a performance-driven environment. This role involves providing insight and guidance to support operational excellence across various operations, partnering with site leadership to enhance strategic orientation and deliver results. The position requires independent management of deadlines and workload prioritization to achieve peak performance through layout design, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost reduction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and manage key projects for customers.
• Provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation to achieve peak performance.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to enhance operational success.
• Deliver measurable results and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with distribution and logistics.
• Project management experience.
