The Lead Infant Teacher at Abacus Early Learning Center is responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being. This role involves following state regulations and Abacus policies, implementing curriculum, and maintaining communication with parents. The ideal candidate will be caring, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Follow all state regulations and Abacus policies
- Care for and meet the needs of all children in your care
- Always follow Safe Sleep practices
- Follow curriculum and provide weekly lesson plans
- Track and record daily activities
- Track and record developmental milestones
- Communicate directly with parents
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Meet all State Requirements
