About the position

The Lead Information Security Analyst at Wells Fargo will play a crucial role in supporting the Cybersecurity Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and Technical Information Security Officer (TISO). This position focuses on proactively managing cyber risks and enhancing the cyber posture for the CIO teams and various lines of business. The analyst will work closely with senior leads to address cybersecurity challenges and provide strategic insights to improve risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber context to business issues and relay business and CIO perspectives back to Cybersecurity.
• Represent each Cyber domain through a deep understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risks, priorities, and initiatives.
• Serve the cybersecurity needs of the CIO teams by anticipating risks and providing proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with BISO/TISO and the team to demonstrate a hands-on approach and deliver commitments aligned with cyber priorities.
• Apply a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including experienced managers.
• Interface with first, second, and third lines, as well as external agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings, and participate in decision-making on information security policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Well-versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains.
• Demonstrated clear and articulate written and verbal communication.
