About the position

The position involves leading the planning, design, and architecture development for the IT infrastructure team at enGen. The individual will create a blueprint for the network of systems and technological components, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role includes acting as a solution architect for complex projects, overseeing the IT landscape, and collaborating with stakeholders to assess and improve the health of the IT estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to business customers in defining business processes and organizational structures.
• Facilitate the development of complex enterprise business solutions.
• Lead enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis and opportunity identification.
• Specify and design complex systems, solutions, and infrastructure elements.
• Select appropriate design standards and ensure effective application.
• Lead reviews of system designs to ensure appropriate technology selection and resource efficiency.
• Establish policies for architecture component selection.
• Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major design options.
• Use tools to contribute to the development of complex architectures.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate them into solutions for implementation.
• Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration.
• Identify and lead significant improvement programs for measurable business benefits.
• Lead the resolution of architecture and business problems for complex projects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage expectations of customers, partners, and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 7 years in an IT discipline.
• 7 years in a Business discipline.

• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, Cogno, PEGA, Enterprise Architect(SCEA), Project Management, TOGAF.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range from $92,300 to $170,800 based on qualifications and experience.
