About The Position

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. This role oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure that work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The position requires a commitment to excellence and a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Coachability and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience with residential HVAC systems
• Leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Properly perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
