About the position

The Permanent Lighting Installation Specialist at Ensemble Lighting LLC is responsible for installing permanent lighting systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and is compensated on a per-job basis, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates.

Responsibilities

• Install permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee and manage jobs from start to completion.
• Ensure precise attention to detail in all aspects of installation.
• Adhere to Ensemble Lighting LLC's code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, electrical work, light installations, or attic work.
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and other high places.
• Reliable and punctual, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have your own transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in aerial lifts or boom operations is a bonus.
