About the position

The position involves providing exceptional support to IS Account Customers and IS Project Managers at ADT Commercial LLC. The role focuses on assisting the IS Account PM Teams with various tasks including job setup, billing support, materials ordering, and overall job management. The aim is to ensure smooth coordination of installation processes, billing, and revenue tracking while meeting the requirements set by the assertion team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IS Account Customers and IS Project Managers.
• Assist with job setup and SOV creation.
• Offer billing support and manage materials ordering.
• Track and manage all aspects of installation and job management.
• Oversee WIP management and forecast management.
• Ensure tracking aligns with forecasted revenue.
• Manage assertion requirements and PO/billing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or account management roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in billing and job management processes.
