About the position

The Integration Lead will be essential to a large program, collaborating with the existing integration team to develop top-tier integration solutions. This role will oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust integration solutions, ensuring they meet the program's and organization's requirements. The Lead Integration Engineer will work with platform teams, stakeholders from operating companies, corporate functions, and vendor system integration partners to achieve the project's objectives and outcomes. They will also apply established integration patterns and best practices, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle product integration. This position requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget, while also maintaining effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role is critical in ensuring that integration solutions align with both technical standards and business needs, making it a pivotal part of the integration engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
• Collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Apply established integration patterns and best practices, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Ensure integration solutions meet program and organizational requirements.
• Deliver high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.
• Work effectively in a matrix reporting structure, reporting to program leadership and the API Integration Leader.
• Manage integration projects in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
• Proficiency in middleware integration tools, specifically Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.
• Comfortable with a matrix reporting structure.
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model that spans time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
