Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Create and distribute high-quality content including newsletters, articles, and presentations.
- Support company leaders in developing communication strategies and materials.
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to assess communication effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support internal events such as town halls and employee meetings.
- Ensure brand consistency in all internal communications.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and managing executive communications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
