About the position

The position involves developing new mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, contributing to existing applications, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and design teams to translate user requirements into effective technical solutions while maintaining code quality through testing and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop new mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Contribute to existing apps written in Swift, Kotlin, Qt, or Java
• Integrate with back-end data sources and web services
• Deliver a great mobile user experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Help improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to technology, algorithms, and products
• Work with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and use cases, and translate those into effective technical solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile app store ecosystems and requirements
• Ability to dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results within a set schedule

Requirements

• Strong Object Oriented Programming and software design knowledge
• Experience with Apple iOS - Swift, Objective-C, X-code
• Experience with Android - Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
• Familiarity with Web/REST APIs, JSON/XML/HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python
• Familiarity with Cloud and IoT related technologies
