About the position

The Lead IT Application Engineer at AAM is a Techno-Functional role requiring 11 to 12 years of experience with Oracle Applications. The position involves estimation, design, development, documentation, and testing of applications, with a focus on Oracle Applications 12.1.3 or higher. The engineer will work closely with the Oracle Development Manager to manage tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization, while adhering to AAM's technology standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Estimation, design, development, documentation, and testing of Oracle Applications.
• Manage tasks and issues in partnership with the Oracle Development Manager.
• Ensure compliance with AAM technology standards, processes, and policies.
• Develop and code using Oracle PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher Reports, Oracle APEX, and other Oracle development tools.
• Prepare EDI bridge documents and mappings with Oracle EBS system.
• Write Oracle Alerts and adhere to development and coding standards.
• Support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process flow cycles.
• Utilize tools for version control and automatic code migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• 11 to 12 years of experience with Oracle Applications 12.1.3 or higher.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle XML/BI Publisher Reports, Oracle APEX, OA Framework Pages, JSON, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and creation of bridge documents.
• Knowledge of e-commerce Gateway, Release Management (RLM), and Order Management (OM) modules.
