Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Global Asset Management Team Lead who will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for the lifecycle management and governance of the enterprise technology assets. This role is crucial in ensuring that IT assets are properly inventoried, maintained, and disposed of according to established policies and procedures. The IT Asset Manager will work closely with technical teams and partners, including Finance & Accounting, Procurement, and Information Security, to establish, enforce, monitor, and continuously improve asset management processes, standards, and controls. This position requires a combination of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical partners to ensure the efficient and effective use of IT assets. The responsibilities of the IT Asset Manager include overseeing the IT asset management (ITAM) program in partnership with the Senior Manager of Centralized Asset Management, which encompasses procedures, processes, and controls for inventory management, software licensing, maintenance, and disposal. The role also involves managing the asset tag project for both endpoints and servers, collaborating with vendors and IT infrastructure teams. The IT Asset Manager will assist in defining guidelines for the use of IT assets and will work with collaborators for the procurement of new IT assets and the disposition of legacy assets, ensuring accurate and dynamic enterprise asset inventory. Additionally, the IT Asset Manager will be responsible for imaging equipment across the organization, maintaining the asset database/system of record for assets, and ensuring that records are accurate and up to date. The role requires proactive identification of opportunities for simplification, cost savings, risk reduction, and efficiency across IT. The IT Asset Manager will also evaluate industry solutions to drive continuous improvement and automation for ongoing asset management activities, design and monitor asset management service management levels and key performance indicators, and stay informed of industry trends and best practices relative to IT asset management. This position also involves maintaining the ongoing ITAM budget required for achieving established strategic objectives and projects.
