About the position

Campbell's is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst - SAP, Order-To-Cash who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and can lead the development, maintenance, governance, and evolution of the portfolio of IT solutions supporting all of Campbell's Finance organization. This role will also support the enterprise data analytics & transformation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs) needed to support them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Data Governance, Digital Strategy & Execution, Enterprise Architecture & Data Analytics to understand Finance and CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Enterprise business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and properly document requirements for current and future state.
  • Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues and ability to prioritize.
  • Document and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies.
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as SAP SD Business Analyst leading projects in SAP ECC 6.0/S4 HANA within CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry.
  • SME with Expert Knowledge in SAP SD/OTC functionality in all the areas of Order to Cash that includes pricing, billing, collections, credit management, logistics execution, global trade solution and integration with finance (FI & CO).
  • Experience with SAP ECC / BW, analyzing SAP tables and transaction codes, and translating into clear deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.
  • Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to them.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of working in IT projects as a SME/Lead Business Analyst - SAP OTC/SD supporting the finance function within the Food & Beverage Industry with a focus on Data Analytics.
  • Experience with Integration of SAP ECC with financial applications like High Radius, IT2, Blackline, Vertex, SAP BPC, SAP BW, Data Sphere, SAC and Concur will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.
  • Strong program management and project management skills, particularly Agile.
  • Experience with ADO or Jira as a project management tool.
