About The Position
As a dynamic IT leader of Database Management in Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to manage a large footprint of various database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. You will also work with modern Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms like Snowflake, establishing a solid foundation for innovation, performance, reliability, and scalability while leveraging multiple database technologies in both on-prem and public cloud solutions. Your focus will be on Database Engineering, leading the solutioning and architecture, and managing the Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture & Spin-Offs related to Database Technologies. You will oversee database development, architecture, operations, and administration teams responsible for setting the database strategy and delivering a scalable and reliable data platform that supports Honeywell's Digital Platform and Applications. Additionally, you will provide leadership for the design and implementation of databases in global high availability and high-performance environments, owning the database models across all Non-ERP applications and designing new solutions at the cutting edge of distributed database technology.
