About The Position
The MDM Support Engineer at Lumen is responsible for providing high-quality technical and configuration management support for the U.S. Army IMCOM G9 Child and Youth Services (CYS) Commercial Enterprise Network (CEN). This role involves working closely with Cisco Meraki Engineering to resolve MDM-related issues and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust background investigation. The position supports geographic areas in APAC and EMEA, ensuring effective management of end-user devices and MDM solutions.
