About The Position
The MDM Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical and configuration management support for the U.S. Army IMCOM G9 Child and Youth Services (CYS) Commercial Enterprise Network (CEN). This role involves working with Cisco Meraki Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure effective management and support of end-user devices across various geographic regions, specifically APAC and EMEA. The position requires a Public Trust background investigation and offers the opportunity to contribute to a critical service for the U.S. Army's Child Youth Services Program.
