About the position
The Lead Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility, contributing to the overall pride in the club. This position involves cleaning various areas, inspecting the facility, and addressing any immediate safety concerns, ensuring a well-maintained environment for all members and staff.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas of the facility (e.g. locker rooms, floors, windows, mirrors, restrooms, exercise equipment) to maintain a sanitary and safe environment.
- Inspect the facility to ensure it is well-maintained and clean.
- Respond to immediate safety and operational concerns.
- Secure the facility by managing doors, emergency exits, alarms, and lights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- 1 year of custodial experience (preferred).

- Experience in landscaping.
