About the position
The Java Angular Developer position at Infosys is a Technology Lead role focused on enhancing the Software Development lifecycle. The role involves creating detailed design artifacts, developing and reviewing code, and contributing to the go-live plan. Responsibilities
- Create detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans.
- Independently develop and review code.
- Contribute to the go-live plan for software projects.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions.
- Ensure high quality and defect-free software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in application development using Spring Boot, Java 8, API, Microservices, Angular 8+, and Python.
- Preferred: 6+ years of in-depth knowledge in Core Java, Spring DI, Spring MVC, REST, JMS, Hibernate, JDBC, PL/SQL.
- 6+ years of experience in Spring Boot and Angular 8 or above.
- 3+ years of experience in RESTful HTTP services design.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development and libraries.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of unit testing.
- Experience with frameworks like JPA, Spring Core, Spring AOP, and Spring Data.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
- Ability to create custom, general use modules and components.
- Strong analytical skills and client interfacing skills.
