About the position

The Lead Java Fullstack Developer will oversee a portfolio of diverse technology projects and lead a team of developers specializing in distributed microservices and full stack systems. The role focuses on delivering new capabilities in the Securities Finance space, requiring extensive experience in large-scale enterprise applications and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture and real-time messaging processing
• Mandatory skills: Spring Boot, React JS, Kafka, Microservices

Nice-to-haves

• 10+ years of experience in Java, with knowledge in Python and Node.js
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service
• 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• 1+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• Securities Finance or Financial Industry domain knowledge
