The Lead Java Fullstack Developer with React JS position is a critical role within our technology team, located in Irving, TX. This hybrid position requires the candidate to work onsite three days a week and allows for two days of remote work. The role is designed for an experienced software engineer who will lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. The successful candidate will contribute to the large-scale planning of strategies and will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. In this role, the Lead Developer will review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. The candidate will be expected to resolve these issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new client needs, leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaboration is key, as the Lead Developer will consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Additionally, the candidate will act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff, ensuring that the team is aligned and effectively addressing project requirements.
