About the position
The Juicerista Team Lead at Naturel Juicing is a leadership role focused on juicing and preparing various menu items, including smoothies and bowls. This position involves taking orders and working closely with the Manager to train new hires and oversee business operations such as inventory management and maintaining standards in the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Juicing and preparing fresh smoothies, bowls, and other menu items.
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service.
- Training new hires alongside the Manager.
- Managing inventory and tracking perishable supplies.
- Ensuring the workspace meets health and safety standards.
