About the position

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will play a crucial role in providing functional expertise and insights while collaborating with a global team. This position involves working closely with case and proposal teams to deliver knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. You will act as a thought partner and content expert, helping to structure and solve complex issues, while also driving the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Maintenance business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets and expert advisory.
• Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders.
• Drive the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Maintenance business.
• Manage a team of junior colleagues, including goal setting and career development support.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and engage audiences.
• Manage a portfolio of projects with awareness of business priorities and commercial impact.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in relevant Maintenance topics required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in Maintenance and relevant industries (Energy, Vehicle Fleet, Rail - Infrastructure).
• Fluency in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in insource/outsource strategies, interval strategy, usage-based maintenance, design to maintain, repair & route optimization, lean manufacturing, turnaround, predictive maintenance/AI, frontline workforce productivity, MRO.
