About the position

The Aero Joint Venture Lead Lean and Process & Tool Manager is responsible for leading process mapping and redesign initiatives, ensuring business performance standards, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Aero Joint Venture. This role focuses on driving lean cultural practices across the business to achieve environmental health and safety (EHS), quality, and business objectives while identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and enhance operational efficiency using best practice lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with JV Functions in mapping current processes and leading redesign initiatives to streamline and standardize processes.
• Assess tools portfolio enhancement and gaps with DT to provide smart solutions for improved productivity and reliability.
• Maintain and refresh KPIs relevant to the Aero JV, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the KPI measurement process and analysis for operational reviews with Top Management.
• Prepare training materials and lead knowledge sharing initiatives around KPIs and priorities.
• Facilitate lean activities and workshops including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Blitz, and problem-solving workshops.
• Support continuous improvement activities and apply change management principles to deliver project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or related field, or High school plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Lean, Project/Program management, or related fields.
• Strong analytics skills and data-driven mindset, particularly in KPI creation and maintenance.
• Ability to use Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques effectively.

• Excellent critical thinking and big database management skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across different cultures.
• Oracle ERP knowledge and experience with Biz Intelligence applications like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools including Excel, Access, and SQL.
