About The Position
SimCorp is seeking an experienced Lead Legal Counsel to support our North American Market Unit as part of our Group Legal team. This role is crucial as it involves providing legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, primarily focusing on software as a service contracts with SimCorp's customers, suppliers, and partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales teams to negotiate large complex IT contracts, particularly in the areas of cloud, intellectual property, and business services. The position requires regular travel within the US and Canada for negotiations and collaboration with the North American market unit.
