The Lead Maintenance Supervisor / Service Manager position at BGSF is a critical role that requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. In this role, you will report directly to the regional maintenance supervisor or property manager, which necessitates a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately. The position may also require on-call shifts, emphasizing the need for flexibility and readiness to address maintenance issues as they arise. Responsibilities

  • Complete any and all service requests including HVAC repair.
  • Perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Change bulbs and locks as needed.
  • Install and repair appliances.
  • Conduct exterior and interior painting and caulking, as well as light drywall repair.
  • Lift and move items weighing 40-50 lbs.
  • Perform painting, pressure washing, and maintain breezeways and parking lots.

Requirements

  • Onsite apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance experience required.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Own a set of basic hand tools.
  • Have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
  • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers.
