About The Position
PHINIA is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI. This person will primarily be responsible for leading our manufacturing team and engineering activities at the plant and work to develop test strategies and improvement activities for current and future products.
