As a Lead Market Research & Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in this mission by collecting, researching, and analyzing data to identify market trends and make informed recommendations for the development of new products or services. In this role, you will manage a variety of investigative studies aimed at assessing the organization's current and future position regarding the effectiveness of existing marketing and sales programs, new product introductions, and competitive opportunities. You will analyze internal metrics alongside survey data to enhance customer satisfaction and integrate internal data with customer information to provide high-level insights. Your research findings will be instrumental in collaborating with marketing management to develop effective marketing and customer support programs for business services. Additionally, you will provide consultation to all levels of marketing on identifying marketing opportunities and assist in assessing departmental opportunities for improvements in marketing information. As an expert in your field, you may also provide guidance and oversight to less experienced contributors, ensuring that the team is aligned and informed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage investigative studies to assess the effectiveness of current marketing/sales programs and new product introductions.
  • Analyze internal metrics in conjunction with survey data to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Typically requires 6+ years of research experience in a similar area of responsibility.
  • Experience with B2B research is a plus.
  • Some database management skills are beneficial.
