About the position

The Lead, Marketing Campaign Management - Tech Enablement at Humana is responsible for the successful execution of marketing campaigns by managing technology and digital data assets. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing strategic direction to campaign teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives while complying with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in marketing technologies to optimize campaigns across various channels and drive innovative solutions in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technology and data to support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide guidance to technical teams and serve as the interface between the Salesforce Marketing team and CenterWell Pharmacy Marketing.
  • Guide campaign teams on technology and data strategies to achieve campaign goals.
  • Organize, distribute, and archive campaign content effectively.
  • Drive integration of optimized automation across multiple channels using real-time data and AI.
  • Identify innovative solutions to enhance marketing efforts with new technologies and tools.
  • Advise on technology and data strategies in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance on preference and subscription management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience using marketing technologies to execute campaigns.
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Lucidchart, or comparable tools.
  • Advanced experience with large, complex data sets within large organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing technologies and digital cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior and executive leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Extensive experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Expertise in executing marketing technology strategies through digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and data warehouse interactions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
  • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
  • Prior technology and data experience with Fortune 500 companies.
