As a Lead Marketing/Outreach Coordinator, you will assist and support the Manager with clinic outreach, business development, marketing, and programs. You will be responsible for marketing campaigns for the clinic throughout the year, coordinating and leading core sales and marketing efforts, and developing relationships with key contacts while coordinating public relations events. You will establish predicted goals and monitor progress, oversee the Ergonomics Program, handle special projects, and administer ongoing programs with considerable latitude and minimal supervision. You will be comfortable with administrative and clinical staff, including physicians, in a healthcare setting, and promote Brockton and Canyon clinics for new business. You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing protocols for new accounts, including pricing and lab needs, and setting up corporate accounts for physicals while forwarding information to all staff. Additionally, you will assist the Manager in overseeing Ergonomics and training, create and maintain marketing collaterals, and ensure all staff and providers are notified/updated on any client changes and updates. Communication with patients of various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds is essential, as is the ability to interact efficiently and comfortably with external organizations and vendors. You will work independently and productively within deadlines and numerous priorities, assist the Manager in presentations to employers, insurance carriers, MPNs, and the community to promote Occupational Medicine programs, and represent the clinic in various outside functions. You will also assist the Director in coordinating and participating with employers to promote wellness programs relating to Occupational Medicine, select, order, and keep an inventory of all clinic's promotional items, and handle confidential messages and correspondence sensitively and effectively.
