About the position

The Lead Merchandiser at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is responsible for supporting Merchandising Supervisors by coaching the Merchandising Team. This role involves identifying replenishment needs, transporting products, and ensuring shelves are stocked at local retail stores while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team.
• Identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment.
• Utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores.
• Provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, and responding to requests for assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• 7 months plus of general work experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
