About the position

The position involves developing and enhancing mobile applications for NICE CXone, a leading Contact Center as a Service company. The role focuses on software development, particularly for native mobile applications, and requires a strong background in Android development and Kotlin programming. The successful candidate will contribute to a new platform aimed at improving customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance native mobile applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, primarily in native mobile applications.
• Experience with the Android platform and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in the Kotlin programming language.
• Working knowledge of unit testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with user stories and use cases.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the iOS platform and either Objective-C or Swift.
• Experience consuming Web APIs.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• Experience developing SDKs that integrate with customer's native applications.
