About the position

The Lead Mobile/React Native Developer will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the organization by standardizing the development stack across multiple web and mobile applications. This position involves overseeing a mobile development team, ensuring code quality, and maintaining optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a mobile development focused pod consisting of 5 developers, 2 QAs, 1 product owner, and a scrum master.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and increase code efficiency.
• Standardize the development stack across 7 web and 7 mobile applications.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure project alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 5 years of React Native development experience.
• Previous experience conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and increase code efficiency.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android lifecycle and integration points with React Native.
• Experience with Jira & Confluence or similar agile tools.
• Experience in various deployment strategies.
• Experience in various testing and experimentation strategies with app development.
