About the position

The Lead .Net Application Developer will be a key member of the Product Engineering team at Deloitte, responsible for delivering web application solutions that support the Deloitte Member Firm. This role involves designing and deploying custom products and complex workflows, while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in service delivery. The position requires strong technical skills in .NET technologies and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver web application solutions to support Deloitte Member Firm.
  • Design and deploy custom products and complex workflows.
  • Work with the team to remove technical roadblocks.
  • Perform hands-on coding and module design.
  • Manage task estimation and management for self and team.
  • Provide consultative support in designing web application solutions.
  • Support QA team with clarifications and doubts.
  • Deliver and deploy releases to different environments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of related experience as a full stack developer or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Technical experience in .NET Framework & .NET Core 3.1.
  • Experience with Azure PaaS services including app services, APIM, Redis, and App Insights.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, SQL Server, and web development technologies.
  • Ability to write automated unit testing code and perform performance tuning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, and Socket.IO.
  • Experience with Microsoft WCF and SharePoint development technologies.
  • Knowledge of messaging architectures and distributed architecture.
