About the position

The Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of applications using .NET and React technologies. This role requires a strong technical lead with extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly in Azure environments. The position is hybrid, requiring candidates to be located in the PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in designing and implementing full-stack applications using .NET and React.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and React.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
