About the position

As a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer at Orion Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation for our diverse clientele. With a focus on full stack web application development, you will leverage your expertise in the .NET framework and .NET Core, alongside MVC architecture, to create robust applications that meet the needs of various industries including financial services, telecommunications, and e-commerce. Your hands-on experience with front-end UI frameworks, particularly React, will be essential in crafting user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and integrating Restful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different software components. Your proficiency in SQL Server will enable you to design complex stored procedures, views, and functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of our applications. You will also be involved in implementing design patterns and optimizing code for performance, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also scalable and maintainable. Collaboration is key at Orion, and you will work closely with project managers, tech leads, and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews will foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Additionally, you will support various stages of deployment, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production. Your role will also involve writing technical documentation and presentations, allowing you to communicate complex technical specifications clearly to stakeholders. With a strong emphasis on unit testing, you will utilize tools like NUnit, XUnit, and MSTest to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of our applications. Responsibilities

• Develop full stack web applications using .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Utilize front-end UI frameworks, particularly React, to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and implement Restful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
• Create complex SQL Server stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Implement design patterns and optimize code for performance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with project managers and tech leads for project delivery.
• Support deployment stages and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Write technical documentation and prepare presentations.
• Perform unit testing using tools like NUnit, XUnit, and MSTest.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Strong experience with React and other front-end technologies like Vue.js or Angular.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and ability to create complex database objects.
• Experience in developing and integrating Restful APIs.
• Knowledge of design patterns and code optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with code repositories like GitHub and TFS.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Good unit testing skills with knowledge of testing frameworks.
