About the position
The Lead OCR (Optimal Customer Relationships) Analyst will collaborate with the OCR Analytics Manager to enhance visibility and transparency into the bank's performance metrics, focusing on primary bank relationships and internal referrals. This role involves significant SQL coding to create datasets for business intelligence solutions, primarily using Tableau, and serves as a key resource for ad hoc data analysis related to performance trends.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains SQL code/data sources for dashboards and scorecards that provide actionable information to our internal partners.
- Provides ad hoc analytical support to regional and segment leadership.
- Works closely with segment-specific data partners throughout the Bank to ensure alignment on important data points such as the calculation of key metrics.
- Provides training to colleagues throughout the Bank on how to best utilize reports and tools.
- Coaches more junior analysts through project work and ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience working with data
- 5+ years of SQL programming (or any relational database programming language)

- Ability to model data for BI tools based on proof-of-concept sketches
- Enjoys engaging with business partners at all levels of the Bank
- Proactive at seeking opportunities for new projects that empower our internal partners
