The coordinator will also be involved in emergency or storm restoration efforts, both in their assigned area and in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. The position requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, and the Lead Operations Coordinator may assume supervisory duties in the absence of the supervisor. A critical responsibility includes reviewing outage information for accuracy in the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and Outage Management System (OMS/DMS).
