CACI is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Lead Operations Research Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of both public and private sector organizations. Your primary duties will include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the effective use of materials and human resources. You will play a crucial role in supporting program business and functional operations, identifying and facilitating the resolution of operational issues, and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas. As a Lead Operations Research Analyst, you may also support the Program Manager in planning and monitoring program activities. You will be tasked with preparing reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences. Additionally, you will act as a project leader for projects that involve complex or voluminous documentation, and you may provide or coordinate special documentation services as required. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a combination of experience and education, including an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one. You should have at least three years of experience along with a MA/MS degree, or alternatively, twelve years or more of experience can be substituted for the minimum degree requirements. Your responsibilities will include initiating, supervising, and developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex programs, providing strategic advice and technical guidance to program and project staff, and conducting detailed analysis and evaluations to recommend improvements and solutions to client-specific challenges.
